Routine Asset Maintenance
CORE ARABIA acts as a reliability partner to some of the biggest Service Companies in the market. CORE ARABIA performs scheduled maintenance on our Customer’s 3rd party equipment at our Facility, Customer site and at work site. We work to strict SLA’s to agree turnaround time. By outsourcing regular routine maintenance to CORE ARABIA, our Customers are less cost burdened by in house labour and stock, leaving them free to focus on delivering their projects.
Out of Warranty Component Repairs
CORE ARABIA offers repairs of individual components such as engines, transmissions, radiators, power ends, fluid ends, chassis, hydraulic systems regardless of OEM brand or where the component was purchased.
Sandblasting, Laserblasting & Painting
Sandblasting and Painting services. Our sandblast and painting booths can accommodate most oilfield equipment. Our team prepare the equipment to remove hoses, and cover and protect necessary valves, electronic equipment prior to starting the job. Stenciling and logos can be done on customer request.

Laser blasting is also offered at CORE ARABIA for metals, plastics, composites and delicate surfaces. This sophisticated method of cleaning is appropriate for components, parts and sensitive area items where sandblasting is considered too abrasive.
Hydraulic Horsepower Testing
After repairing or overhauling pressure pumping equipment, we perform a hydraulic horsepower test in our facility testing up to 15,000 psi as part of the customer acceptance test.
Radiator Hydrostatic Test and Repair
CORE Arabia’s inspection of radiators begins with conducting a hydrostatic pressure test to determine integrity of the radiator. If faults are detected, CORE ARABIA will undertake necessary repairs before returning to Client
